By accepting this invitation, I acknowledge that Informa Media LLC and/or Farm Progress Limited (each and collectively, “Informa”), will invest significant time and incur expenses to facilitate the Hosted Grower Program at Husker Harvest Days (the “Event”) on my behalf. In the event that you must cancel your participation, you agree to make all reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement to attend the Event in your stead.

Should you fail to secure a replacement and your company be unable to be represented at the Event, your company agrees to reimburse Informa for any and all verifiable expenses incurred on my behalf up to the date of cancellation. Reimbursement shall be made within thirty (30) days of the date of Informa’s invoice.
